Personalized Protected Video Copies

To protect course content, we may create a temporary video copy with your full verified email, Discord username and user ID, requesting IP address, and copy-preparation time embedded in the video frames. Removing website elements does not remove this embedded watermark. These personalized copies are processed and cached on the application server; finished copies are scheduled for removal after three hours without use and may be removed earlier to manage storage. The displayed preparation time identifies the copy, not every subsequent viewing time. Anyone viewing or saving a copy can see its watermark. This protection discourages redistribution but does not guarantee that recording, editing, or watermark removal is impossible.

Where Your Email Is Stored and Who Receives It

Your name, full verified email address, salted password hash, linked Discord user ID, and Terms acceptance records are stored in an encrypted account file in our private Cloudflare R2 bucket. The application decrypts these records when needed to operate authentication. Encryption is a security measure, not a guarantee that unauthorized access can never occur.

Your email is also held in application memory and included in authentication sessions stored on the website server. The session file is not separately encrypted by our application; access depends on the security controls of our hosting environment. Verification records are temporary and expire after ten minutes. Brevo receives your email address and verification-message contents to deliver sign-in, password-reset, and account-deletion codes, and may retain delivery records under its own policies.

We do not sell your email address or account information. We use it for account authentication, service-related verification, account recovery, course-content protection, and support. Providing an email for these purposes does not subscribe you to marketing. Our hosting and storage providers process information as needed to run the service. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or the service, or respond to a lawful request, subject to applicable law.

Your full email is intentionally displayed in protected course-video watermarks, as explained below. This is separate from provider processing and means anyone viewing a screenshot, screen share, or recording may see it. Do not share protected video content. Account deletion removes the active account record and invalidates its sessions; it does not erase independently held provider records or records we must retain for legal, payment, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. Contact support for access, correction, deletion, or questions about retained information. Applicable privacy rights are not waived by accepting our Terms.

Email Accounts and Verification — Read Before Signing Up

We collect the name and email you provide at signup and store a salted hash of your Pulse password, not the readable password. We link your verified email to your Discord user ID, obtain your username from Discord, and record the terms version and acceptance time. Registration does not collect a phone number or birthday.

Brevo processes your email address and verification-message contents to deliver an eight-digit sign-in code. Codes expire after ten minutes and are single-use; our temporary verification records contain a keyed code hash rather than the readable code. Verification messages are operational, not marketing subscriptions. Our service does not intentionally log passwords or verification codes.

Your full verified email address appears in protected video watermarks, alongside your Discord details, IP address, and viewing time. It is not masked and may be visible to anyone viewing a screenshot, screen share, or recording of your player. We use these details to discourage unauthorized redistribution and investigate leaks.

Account records are encrypted before storage in our private cloud object storage. Keep your email and Discord accounts secure. Temporary verification records expire after ten minutes and become unusable; server restarts also invalidate them. Session cookies are HttpOnly and are used for authentication, not advertising.

We retain account records while needed to operate your account and course access. You can request correction or deletion through support. We will review identity and legal requirements before acting; records required for transactions, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may need to be retained. We do not promise deletion of records controlled independently by providers, and use of the service does not waive applicable privacy rights.

1. Information We Receive

When you sign in with Discord, we may receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and the server-role information needed to determine course access. If you link Roblox, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name, profile image, and course-pass ownership results. Stripe sends us transaction identifiers, payment status, purchased course, and limited checkout details; payment-card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Pulse Customs. We also process your IP address for security and may display it as a viewer watermark on protected course videos.

2. How Information Is Used

This information is used to authenticate accounts, verify purchases, prevent one Roblox account from being linked to multiple Discord accounts, deliver Discord roles, show eligible courses, protect restricted content, resolve payment issues, and operate the service.

3. Storage

Authentication sessions, account links, purchase references, and fulfillment records may be stored for as long as reasonably needed to operate course access and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims. We do not ask for or store your Discord, Roblox, or payment password.

4. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal information. Brevo processes verification email delivery; Cloudflare R2 stores encrypted account records and course files; our hosting provider operates the application; Discord processes sign-in and role delivery; Roblox processes account linking and inventory verification; and Stripe processes card checkout and payment verification. Providers may process service logs and information under their own privacy practices. Watermarked personal information is also visible as described above.

5. Your Choices

You can end the active website session by signing out and revoke application access from Discord or Roblox account settings. Purchase and role-delivery records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Password Recovery and Account Deletion

Password reset and account-deletion codes are delivered through Brevo, expire after ten minutes, and are limited to the requested action. Resetting a password invalidates existing website sessions. Signed-in users can delete their active Pulse account through Account settings, using their current password, an email code, and explicit confirmation. This removes the active name, email, password hash, and Discord account-link record from our account store and invalidates sessions and pending verification requests.

Account deletion does not delete independently held Discord, Stripe, or Brevo records, remove Discord roles, or automatically refund purchases. Transaction, fulfillment, security, and dispute records may remain where needed for legal obligations, accounting, or fraud prevention. Contact support for questions about retained records or deletion requests you cannot complete through the website.
