Privacy Policy

1. Information We Receive

When you sign in with Discord, we may receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and the server-role information needed to determine course access. If you link Roblox, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name, profile image, and course-pass ownership results. Stripe sends us transaction identifiers, payment status, purchased course, and limited checkout details; payment-card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Pulse Customs. We also process your IP address for security and may display it as a viewer watermark on protected course videos.

2. How Information Is Used

This information is used to authenticate accounts, verify purchases, prevent one Roblox account from being linked to multiple Discord accounts, deliver Discord roles, show eligible courses, protect restricted content, resolve payment issues, and operate the service.

3. Storage

Authentication sessions, account links, purchase references, and fulfillment records may be stored for as long as reasonably needed to operate course access and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims. We do not ask for or store your Discord, Roblox, or payment password.

4. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal information. Discord processes sign-in and role delivery, Roblox processes account linking and inventory verification, and Stripe processes card checkout and payment verification. Each provider handles information under its own privacy practices.

5. Your Choices

You can end the active website session by signing out and revoke application access from Discord or Roblox account settings. Purchase and role-delivery records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
