Embedded Video Watermarks

Protected playback may use a personalized copy with your full verified email, Discord username and user ID, requesting IP address, and copy-preparation time embedded directly into the video frames. The preparation timestamp identifies that copy rather than every playback. Processing may delay first playback. Downloading, recording, editing out a watermark, or removing browser elements does not grant permission to share or redistribute course content. Temporary-copy processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

Before You Purchase

This summary highlights the main rules; the full terms below also apply.

• Course access is for one purchaser only. Do not share accounts, lessons, or course files.
• Logos recreated from course videos are practice work only. They cannot be sold, shared, or used outside your personal course practice.
• Course purchases are generally final after access is provided. Billing errors, missing access, and legally required remedies are addressed under the refund policy.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms govern Pulse Customs commissions, digital products, development services, courses, downloads, and related community services. “Pulse Customs,” “we,” and “our” refer to the service provider; “you” refers to the purchaser or user. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use these services.

A separately agreed written order may specify additional delivery, licensing, or maintenance terms. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Prices and Payment

• The price and scope confirmed for an order apply unless both parties agree to a change in writing. Review the price, included files, and usage rights before paying.
• For Robux payments, you must cover the applicable Roblox marketplace fees so we receive the agreed amount.
• Payments must use an approved method, including Stripe where available. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 3 and, for courses, Section 5.6.
• Work may be paused until the agreed payment or deposit is received.

3. Refund Policy and Payment Disputes

Custom work and commissions

Because custom work is produced for your order, payments are generally non-refundable once production begins. A cancellation before production begins may qualify for a partial refund at management’s discretion. These rules remain subject to any remedy required by applicable law.

Digital courses

Course purchases are generally final after purchased access has been provided. We may issue a refund for a verified billing or fulfillment error, including a duplicate charge or failure to provide purchased access. See Section 5.6 for the course-specific policy.

How to request help or a refund

Contact support through the Pulse Customs Discord server. Provide your order or payment reference, the Discord account used for the purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send full card details, passwords, or account tokens. We will review the purchase and explain the available resolution; submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Payment disputes

We encourage you to contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue. This is not a requirement to waive or delay a lawful payment dispute, and it does not extend your payment provider’s dispute deadlines. Verified fraud or abusive disputes may lead to suspension or revocation of access where permitted by law; a good-faith refund request or exercise of a legal right is not, by itself, abuse.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable rights relating to cancellation, non-delivery, or defective or misdescribed content. Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, that requirement takes precedence over our general final-sale rules.

4. Custom Work: Ownership and Usage

• After full payment, the customer receives a limited, non-transferable license to use the completed product for the intended purpose agreed upon in the order.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original concepts, working files, source materials, production methods, and unused drafts remain the property of Pulse Customs.
• Products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, uploaded as templates, or claimed as original work.
• Source files and editable assets are included only when specifically listed in the purchase.

6. Account Registration, Email Verification, and Availability

6.1 Your Pulse account

Registration requires your name, email address, and a separate Pulse password. Your username and course eligibility come from your linked Discord account. We do not request a birthday or phone number in this registration flow. Keep your email, Pulse password, and Discord account secure; do not share access.

6.2 Signup verification and sign-in

Signup requires your email, a Pulse password, an eight-digit email verification code, and authentication with Discord. After registration, normal sign-in requires your email and Pulse password followed by your linked Discord account; no email code is sent for normal sign-in. Password reset and account deletion still require email codes. Codes are single-use, expire after ten minutes, and have attempt and resend limits. Never disclose a code to another person. Verification emails are service messages, not consent to marketing. An active website session may remain signed in for up to seven days; normal sign-in and page views do not require a new email code.

6.3 Terms and data acknowledgment

You must accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy when registering and starting a new sign-in. We record the applicable terms version and acceptance time. We store your name, verified email, a salted password hash (not your readable password), and the Discord account link to operate authentication and protect course access. See the Privacy Policy for storage, processors, retention, and privacy requests.

6.4 Full-email video watermark — important disclosure

Protected course videos display your full verified email address, Discord display name or username, Discord user ID, IP address, and viewing time as a viewer-specific watermark. This is not a masked email. Anyone who sees a screenshot, screen share, or recording of your player may see these details. Watermarks help identify unauthorized sharing; they do not grant permission to record or redistribute course content. This notice supplements Section 5.5.

6.5 Access and availability

• Creating a Pulse account does not itself grant course access. Your linked Discord roles and purchase eligibility determine access.
• Do not bypass access controls or use another person’s credentials, verification codes, or Discord roles.
• Course lessons and resources may be updated, reorganized, replaced, or discontinued. Email delivery, Discord, and hosting outages can interrupt sign-in or access; mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

Email Storage and Permitted Use

We do not sell your email address or account information. We use your email for verification, account recovery, service operation, support, and viewer-specific watermarks. Account records are encrypted in private Cloudflare R2 storage; your email is also processed in application memory and stored in authentication sessions on the website server, whose session file is not separately encrypted by the application. Brevo processes your email and verification messages for delivery. These operational messages do not constitute a marketing subscription.

The Privacy Policy explains provider processing, retention, account deletion, and disclosures required by law or necessary to protect the service, subject to applicable law. Although we use security controls, no online system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Nothing in these Terms waives applicable privacy rights, excuses obligations imposed by law, or guarantees immunity from liability.

Account Recovery and Deletion

Use the password reset page to request a single-use eight-digit email code. A successful reset signs out existing website sessions. Your next sign-in requires your new Pulse password and your linked Discord account, without an email code.

Signed-in users can request deletion at Account settings. Deletion requires the current Pulse password, an email verification code, and explicit confirmation. It removes the active Pulse account record and ends its sessions. It does not delete your Discord account, remove Discord roles, automatically issue a refund, or erase transaction records we must retain for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Those records remain subject to the Privacy Policy. Contact support if you cannot access your email or need help exercising privacy rights.

7. Portfolio Rights

Unless confidentiality is agreed to in writing before production begins, Pulse Customs may display completed work in portfolios, advertisements, social media, case studies, and other promotional materials.

8. Revisions and Delivery

• Reasonable minor adjustments within the original request may be provided without an additional charge.
• Major changes, new concepts, or work outside the original request may require additional payment and delivery time.
• Please review delivered work and report requested revisions within 48 hours. Later discretionary revision requests may be treated as a new revision or order. This review window does not shorten any mandatory period for reporting defects or exercising consumer rights.

9. Cancellations and Inactive Orders

• An order may be closed after seven consecutive days without a customer response.
• An order cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund at management's discretion.
• Once production has begun, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

10. Bot Development and Source Code

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, source code, frameworks, reusable components, internal tools, and development methods remain the property of Pulse Customs.
• The customer receives access to the completed service and the usage rights stated in the order, not ownership of underlying source code.
• The customer is responsible for third-party hosting, platform rules, API changes, credentials, and ongoing costs unless maintenance is included in writing.

11. Community Conduct

Customers must not engage in harassment, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malicious activity, or conduct that disrupts the website, courses, services, or Discord community. Violations may result in removal from Pulse Customs services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Customs' total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim. Pulse Customs is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party disputes, platform actions, account penalties, or loss caused by a customer's failure to keep backups of delivered files.

13. Changes to These Terms

Pulse Customs may update these Terms as its products and services change. Updated Terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page and do not retroactively replace separately signed agreements.
