Terms of Service
Last updated July 19, 2026
By purchasing, ordering, or accessing a product, service, or course from Pulse Customs, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms apply to all Pulse Customs commissions, digital products, development services, courses, downloads, and community-based services. If you do not agree, do not place an order or use the service.
2. Payments
- All quoted prices are final unless Pulse Customs agrees to a change in writing.
- For Robux payments, the customer must cover applicable Roblox marketplace fees so Pulse Customs receives the full quoted amount.
- USD payments made through an approved payment method, including Stripe, are final once processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- Work may be paused until the agreed payment or deposit has been received.
3. Refunds and Payment Disputes
- Because products and services are customized, refunds are generally unavailable after work has started.
- Before opening a payment dispute, customers should contact Pulse Customs and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
- A fraudulent or abusive chargeback after delivery may result in suspension of services, account blacklisting, and revocation of licenses or access, to the extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in these Terms removes any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
4. Custom Work: Ownership and Usage
- After full payment, the customer receives a limited, non-transferable license to use the completed product for the intended purpose agreed upon in the order.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original concepts, working files, source materials, production methods, and unused drafts remain the property of Pulse Customs.
- Products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, uploaded as templates, or claimed as original work.
- Source files and editable assets are included only when specifically listed in the purchase.
5. Course Services Agreement
5.1 Usage License
Each course is licensed for the purchaser's personal use only. Pulse Customs grants one person a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal learning.
5.2 No Resale or Redistribution
No part of a course may be resold, shared, traded, distributed, sublicensed, or given away. This includes course access, Discord roles, account credentials, files, lessons, videos, templates, project files, downloads, and other resources.
5.3 No Leaking or Uploading
Course content may not be leaked, mirrored, reposted, recorded, or uploaded to Discord, Google Drive, file-sharing services, websites, social media, or any other public or private platform.
5.4 Access and Termination
You may complete the course while your access remains active. Pulse Customs may suspend or revoke access for a violation of these Terms, an attempt to bypass access controls, account sharing, fraud, abuse, or conduct that threatens the service or community. Where permitted by law, serious violations may result in immediate removal without prior notice.
5.5 Course Refund Policy
Course sales are final after access has been provided. Pulse Customs may issue a refund when it makes a clear billing or fulfillment error, such as a duplicate charge or failure to provide purchased access. This policy does not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
5.6 Enforcement and Blacklisting
A violation may result in immediate removal of course access, revocation of associated licenses, and restriction from Pulse Customs or affiliated communities. No refund will be provided for access removed because of a verified rule violation, except where required by law.
5.7 Ownership
All course lessons, videos, designs, files, templates, written materials, branding, and resources remain the intellectual property of Pulse Customs or their identified licensors. Purchasing or accessing a course does not transfer ownership.
5.8 Updates and Changes
Pulse Customs may update course content or these Course Services terms as the service changes. Material changes will apply from the published effective date and will not retroactively remove rights already granted under a separately signed agreement.
6. Course Accounts and Availability
- Discord may be used to authenticate an account and verify course roles. Customers are responsible for securing their Discord account.
- Customers may not bypass access controls or use another person's account, credentials, or Discord role to access a course.
- Course lessons and resources may be updated, reorganized, replaced, or discontinued. Pulse Customs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability when an outage or third-party platform issue is outside its control.
7. Portfolio Rights
Unless confidentiality is agreed to in writing before production begins, Pulse Customs may display completed work in portfolios, advertisements, social media, case studies, and other promotional materials.
8. Revisions and Delivery
- Reasonable minor adjustments within the original request may be provided without an additional charge.
- Major changes, new concepts, or work outside the original request may require additional payment and delivery time.
- Customers must review delivered work and report issues within 48 hours. Later requests may be treated as a new revision or order.
9. Cancellations and Inactive Orders
- An order may be closed after seven consecutive days without a customer response.
- An order cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund at management's discretion.
- Once production has begun, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
10. Bot Development and Source Code
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, source code, frameworks, reusable components, internal tools, and development methods remain the property of Pulse Customs.
- The customer receives access to the completed service and the usage rights stated in the order, not ownership of underlying source code.
- The customer is responsible for third-party hosting, platform rules, API changes, credentials, and ongoing costs unless maintenance is included in writing.
11. Community Conduct
Customers must not engage in harassment, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malicious activity, or conduct that disrupts the website, courses, services, or Discord community. Violations may result in removal from Pulse Customs services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Customs' total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim. Pulse Customs is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party disputes, platform actions, account penalties, or loss caused by a customer's failure to keep backups of delivered files.
13. Changes to These Terms
Pulse Customs may update these Terms as its products and services change. Updated Terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page and do not retroactively replace separately signed agreements.
14. Contact
Questions, cancellation requests, and concerns should be raised through the Pulse Customs Discord server.
